Mangos Installation Instructions: (Update)
In order to get from 0.11.5 (371) to 0.11.5 (380), apply these files:

380_corepatch_characters_7682_to_7894.sql <- apply to character database
380_corepatch_realmd_7682_to_7894.sql <- apply to realmd database
380_corepatch_mangos_7682_to_7894.sql <- apply to mangos database
380_updatepack_mangos.sql <- apply to mangos database

If you have applied ANY core SQL updates since MaNGOS rev 7681, then DO NOT apply our core patch roll-up files. You will need to continue to apply the individual core SQL updates.

This converter was based on TC2 3564 but if you are upgrading now from TC2 3507 or Older then there are 2 Characters DB Updates you are required to apply:
(3363_characters_characters.sql and 3508_mangos_7887_01_characters_character_pet.sql)
This file is located in TC2 Updates. If you currently are using TC2 3508+ then you do not need to re-apply these files and disregard this step.
Do not also forget to apply any core updates after 3564 (Remember, you REQUIRE at least Core Revision 3564+ FOR THIS INSTALLATION TO FUNCTION PROPERLY)

Final Step is to apply any Custom Content SQL's you may have to your DB AFTER you have completed all the above steps and VERIFIED your installation is working.

Biggest changes in 381:
Lots of 3.1.x related template changes and additions for items, gameobjects, creatures...
Redone loots for creatures 0-200 and 1000-1700
NPC stats changed for new system
Data for new item_required_target-table
Updates from SD2 rev 1141 and ACID rev30
